Restrictions on Attendance

Each Ticket must be used by the same person (the “Attendee”) for each day of the Event.

Each Attendee is responsible for the technology they need to attend our Online events: sufficient internet connection and video-enabled device.

This Event is for industry professionals and students only. To attend our events, you must be:

  • A mental health* professional who is a member of a professional organization with standards of practice. OR,
  • A student enrolled in a course of study to become a mental health* professional.
    • A student may also be working within or outside of the mental health field.

For this purpose, “Mental Health” includes: psychology, couple and family therapy, psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatry, and social work, to name a few.

Attendees agree:

  • To keep confidential the personal identifying information of case material shared in the training.
  • Not to record any part of this training in any format (audio, video, or visual); my personal written notes of non-confidential material are permitted.
  • That recording this training may result in me being asked to leave immediately without refund or compensation.

ICEEFT reserves the right to close registration when tickets are sold out. The total number of attendees permitted at any event is at ICEEFT’s sole discretion.


Online Registration & Purchasing

We accept: Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard, Mastercard debit.

Registrations are processed automatically at the time of submission.

Enrolment is based on full receipt of payment and registration form, and the information provided must be valid (ie, not false, misleading, incorrect, or incomplete).


Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable: once you purchase a ticket, it is yours and yours alone.

If you feel that you have an exceptional circumstance, please contact us with details and be aware that if approved, we will retain a 5% administrative fee from any refund.


Changes to Trainer(s)

Both trainers may not be present at all times during the Event.

The advertised trainers are subject to change or cancellation without notice.


Cancellation Policy

ICEEFT reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Event, or any part of the Event, on limited or no notice. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the Event, ICEEFT is committed to repurposing all tickets toward a future event produced by ICEEFT or, if that is not possible, refunding your ticket.

Should the event be cancelled due to a force majeure, including but not limited to: the elements, acts of nature, an act of any government or any governmental body, riots, a strike or labour dispute, or any cause beyond the reasonable control of ICEEFT, all tickets will be repurposed towards any future event produced by ICEEFT.


Incomplete Attendance

Attendees who are not present for the entirety of an event are not entitled to a Completion Certificate, nor any additional associated benefits.

In most cases, ICEEFT will work with you to complete the course via another ICEEFT-Administered event. There may be a cost associated with this.


Privacy Policy

ICEEFT is committed to protecting the privacy of its attendees. ICEEFT does not rent, share, or sell your contact information or other personal information to any third parties without your express permission.
