No worries! Click the “Lost Your Password?” link and input your registered email address, agree to the terms, confirm you’re not a robot, click “Reset Password” and follow the instructions.
If you have input the wrong email and/or password too many times, you will be locked out for 30 minutes.
You may try again after this time; we recommend you input the email address we sent login instructions to and immediately reset your password.
Most frequently this occurs because a different email address was used during registration versus payment. The system creates a login for each email address, but the course is tied only to the registered email.
If you know which email address you registered with (it’s the one which received our reminder-to-login email), try logging in with that. Otherwise, please contact us.
This could mean you are inputting a different email address than the one you registered with, or have typed the email address incorrectly, or have a space in a copy-pasted password, or have typed the password incorrectly, or are inputting a different password,
Please try once more with the email address we sent the reminder-to-login email to. Be aware if you try too many times with incorrect information, you can get locked out of the portal for 30 minutes.

If you see this error when trying to reset your password, it means there is a typo in your email address or you are not using the one you registered with. Please try again with the email address we sent instructions to.
