  Rachel Thomas, LMFT is the owner of Therapy With Heart in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is an EFT Certified Therapist, Supervisor and Trainer. Rachel is currently focusing her energy on training and supervision of therapists both within Therapy With Heart and in the Arizona Emotionally Focused Therapy Community. Recently, she has done trainings in EFT and Affairs, EFT Across Systems, Attachment Based Suicide Prevention, EFT Supervision Reboot, and Intro to EFT. She provides mentorship and supervision to her team of seventeen therapists and offers therapy to couples, individuals, and adult families, and conducts 2 day couples intensives.

  Simona is a licensed Systemic Marriage and Family Therapist originally from Iasi, Romania; ever since November 2017, Simona is a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapy Trainer. Simona started the journey earlier in 2013 and rapidly went from being a certified therapist to a certified Supervisor and Trainer, all as the Founder and Director of the Psiris Center, home of EFT Romania. Simona completed her doctoral research as well on forgiveness, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and couple satisfaction. Ever since 2014 she has led the process of growing an EFT community overall Romania, nowadays over 1000 therapists are in the process of being trained – the training sessions are abounding when you wish to spread the words about a passion (Simona teaches every 2 weekends now in different locations). Teaching alongside her mentors, both in Romanian and English, has allowed Simona to welcome to EFT training sessions in Romania foreign therapists as well (Italy, Poland). As such, Simona as well offers supervision in Romanian and English. The past year has created the opportunities for Simona to go beyond Romanian borders, teaching EFT – Hungary, Egypt; Turkey and the list keeps on expanding. Beside the standard training sessions for the certification of EFT therapist, Simona conducts as well Hold me tight workshops for couples that desire to enhance the quality of their relationship and several EFT masterclasses (Extravagant emotions, EFT and family therapy).
